What is included for free?
One fully customizable collection and up to 8 entries total. Custom sections, fields, cover photos, colors, tags, and favorites are included.
What does Plus include?
Plus adds unlimited collections and entries for US$2.99 per month. Local App Store prices vary. The subscription auto-renews until canceled through Apple. AI features remain subject to service limits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Account in the app and choose Cancel subscription. Apple’s subscription screen opens; select My Collection List Plus and follow Apple’s cancellation steps. You can also use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel Apple billing.
Can I still see my entries if I cancel Plus?
Your existing collections remain accessible. Free limits apply when adding new collections or entries after Plus expires. Existing entries are not automatically trimmed or erased.
How do I restore Plus?
Open Account or the upgrade screen and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple App Store account that purchased Plus.
How do I create my own template?
Create a collection, then tap Add an entry. The first time, set up its sections and fields. You can return to Customize to change the template, add or delete fields and sections, and change its appearance.
How does Fill from photo work?
Enable photo filling on the fields you want to scan and describe what AI should look for. After choosing or taking a photo, choose Yes to request suggestions from OpenAI, or No to keep the photo without a scan. Check and edit the suggestions before saving.
Where are my collections saved?
Sign-in is required. The app keeps an account-specific local cache and saves changes to Supabase through our Cloudflare API when connected. Offline changes retry when you reconnect. Collections are private to your account; backups are not end-to-end encrypted.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Delete account and confirm permanent deletion. Apple may ask you to confirm your linked account. If deletion is interrupted, reconnect and choose Finish deleting account. See the account-deletion page for details.
AI help is also available inside the app. Its replies are generated by AI and may be mistaken. For account or privacy requests, email us directly.
